Cloves are the unopened flower buds of the evergreen tree Syzygium aromaticum of the family Myrtaceae. Cloves are one of the most expensive spices of the world, widely recognized for their medicinal and culinary qualities. Cloves are known for its antiseptic and soothing properties as well as for its unique flavor, and it is safe to say the taste of cloves is like no other taste in the world.
